Hi, I’m Anu!
…the founder of Moh Mishti and a lifelong lover of flavors that bring both joy and nourishment. By day, I’ve a career in analytics at one of the world’s leading airlines, and by passion, I’m the creator of this labor of love—bringing the rich, probiotic goodness of Mishti Doi to dessert lovers across the U.S.
Raised in India, I grew up on age-old family recipes where indulgence was natural and wholesome. My journey took me through IIT Kharagpur and the University of Florida, leading to a profession in data-driven problem-solving, but my love for food and wellness never left me. When I’m not crunching numbers, you’ll find me raising two wonderful teenage boys, teaching yoga on Sundays, and enjoying life in downtown Chicago with my husband.
With Moh Mishti, I’m blending tradition with modern convenience—offering a taste of heritage in every spoonful. Whether you crave nostalgia, gut-friendly indulgence, or simply something delicious, I hope you enjoy Moh as much as I do!
